Le chantier a commencé en retard, ensuite ils étaient pressés de finir. Résultat : finitions bâclées, notamment les joints de carrelage. Pendant le chantier il faut surveiller car ils sont un peu fâchés avec les DTU. Leur avis est toujours le meilleur et c'est affirmé de façon assez agressive. Je ne les recommande pas.

Pas pro du tout.... Prise de rendez-vous pour un devis "changement de WC" Rendez-vous pris mais personne ne se présente. On appelle pour savoir quand il sera la, ne répond plus au téléphone. Deux prises de rendez-vous et aucun déplacement. Pas d'appel pour nous dire qu'il ne se déplacera pas.

Pour un entretien chaudière, tout se passe bien. Travail propre et professionnel. Chaque année je dois tout de même les rappeler mais cette année, personne ne repond à mes coups de fil... Donc j'abandonne et je vais chercher quelqu'un d'autre
